Candy Rainbow Fabric Necklace

Nine 12″ fabric-wrapped wire sticks create the rainbow, multi-colored silicone bands in between add visual intrigue! Base made with three black cords, which are knotted in the back. This cheerful necklace easily matches any outfit.
