How do I find the email address associated with my Cummer Museum membership?
Use the email address provided when you purchased a membership online or in person. This will also be the same email address where you receive the bi-weekly Cummer Museum event email newsletters.

I signed into my account but my discount was not applied to my cart.
If you recently created your account, please ensure you click the link sent to your email to activate your new account.
If you signed in during checkout, please return back to your cart and refresh the page to see your discount applied to your order before proceeding again to checkout.
Still no luck after refreshing? Please note that expired and/or affiliate memberships are not eligible for the Cummer Member discount.

How do I check the status of my Cummer Museum membership?
