Crafted by the Northeast Florida Woodturner's Association in Jacksonville, these one-of-a-kind pens are made from oak limbs struck by lightning and carefully salvaged from the historic trees in the Cummer Museum's Olmstead Garden. Each pen is hand-turned by skilled artisans, showcasing the dramatic grain patterns and natural coloration left by nature’s electric touch.
Smooth to the hand and perfectly balanced, these pens offer a comfortable writing experience, whether you're journaling, signing documents, or gifting something special. The hardware is polished and durable, complementing the rich tones and textures of the lightning-scarred oak. No two pens are alike—each one carries the story of the storm and the hands that shaped it.
By upcycling storm-damaged wood, these pens are a sustainable, locally sourced gift that connects you to the land and legacy of Northeast Florida.
