Amber Angeloni, Mythical Workshop

Amber Angeloni became interested in the intersection between art and fantasy at a young age. She grew up immersed in the worlds of CS Lewis, JRR Tolkein, and Ursula K LeGuin, but also fell in love with the work of Frida Kahlo, Alphonse Mucha, and Artemisia Gentileschi. Amber earned a BA in Art Education from the University of Central Arkansas and taught high school art and art history before eventually ending up in the museum field, where she found the perfect blend of history and fantasy. Amber is inspired by mythical creatures and unusual museum pieces found on her travels.
